Free Shipping Offer:

We offer free shipping to the USA, EU,EEA, and the UK for orders above €120.

England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland

Border VAT/Duty:

Customers in the USA and UK are responsible for paying any applicable border VAT on their purchased items as they are shipped from Ireland.

Order Processing and Tracking:

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase. Once your order is on its way, a tracking number will be provided. You can track your shipment either on our website or directly on the shipping service provider’s webpage for your peace of mind.

Shipping Costs for Orders Below €120:

For orders totalling less than €120, the applicable shipping costs will also be displayed during the checkout process.

Shipping Costs Outside the EU,USA,UK:

For orders to countries outside the EU, shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Shipping Origins:

Our products are typically shipped from Ireland, except for Piled Rugs, which are dispatched from our warehouses located in various non-EU countries.

Secure Packaging and Insurance:

All our products are securely packed and insured. In the rare event of any damage during transit, please inform both us and the shipping service provider. We will either replace the damaged item or provide you with the necessary compensation if you choose to repair it yourself.

Accurate Shipping Address:

To prevent shipping delays and avoid the need for product returns due to non-availability of the recipient, please ensure to provide the precise door number for your shipping address.

Non-Availability of Recipient:

If a product is returned due to the unavailability of the recipient, it will be re-shipped at the recipient’s expense once they become available to receive it.

30-Day Return Window:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for shipping the returned item back to us.

    • If the return shipping cost exceeds €20, we will cover up to €20 of the return shipping cost. The remaining amount must be paid by the customer.
      • In addition to the full refund of the item’s price, we will add €20 to the refund amount to cover any inconvenience.
      • Approved returns will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact Us: To start a return, contact our customer service team at info@handcraftedhome.com. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  • Return Address: We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Return Conditions:

  • Returned items must not show signs of use or wear. We cannot accept returns for products that have been used, and they will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Ensure that the product’s original tag is attached and untorn, just as it was when initially sent.
  • The purchase invoice must be returned along with the product.

Product Inspection and Refund:

Once your returned product reaches our warehouse and undergoes inspection, we will promptly process a refund for the full amount of your order, including any applicable taxes. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure a swift reimbursement.

Confirmation Email and Reimbursement:

Once the return process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email along with a return receipt. Reimbursement is promptly initiated and typically processed within 1-5 business days after receiving the return receipt. Please note that the exact duration may vary depending on your chosen payment method.

Protective Packaging:

In the event that the original packaging is damaged or no longer available, we kindly request that you utilize appropriate protective packaging to safeguard the product during its return journey.
