You have a 30-day window to return your product after receiving it.

To initiate a return, please utilize the link provided in the return or shipping confirmation email. Simply follow the steps, and you’ll receive the return label via email immediately. We’ll arrange a convenient pickup from your home, eliminating the need for you to transport the product to a post office.

Once your product reaches our warehouse and undergoes inspection, we will promptly refund the amount for your order. If you require assistance with the return process, feel free to reach out to our customer service team. They will furnish you with all the essential documents and instructions for returning the product. The email will also contain a PDF file containing the return shipping label, which you can easily print at home.

The expenses for return shipments are covered by us for EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden), EEA (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) & UK for orders.

However, for countries outside the EU and the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You can easily generate your return shipping label using the link provided in your order or delivery confirmation.

Return Packaging

You can use the orignal packaging for returns by removing the order shipping label and pasting a returns label. If the original packaging is damaged or discarded, kindly utilize suitable protective packaging to ensure the product’s safety during transportation.

Refund Policy

We aim to make the return process fast and convenient for you. Typically, it takes 1-5 business days for your product to reach our warehouse after you’ve initiated the return. Once we receive the return, our team carefully inspects the product to ensure it’s in the same condition as when it was sent.

After the return process is finalized, we’ll send you a confirmation email along with a return receipt. Reimbursement is promptly initiated and is typically processed within 1-3 banking days after we’ve received the return receipt.
